Gerald Blum (moderator)
From high school age, Mr. Blum started working at Lord and Taylor as a stock boy. Over the years, he worked his way up through various positions, ultimately finding his way into fashion. He was a women's wear buyer before eventually becoming Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales Promotion. In total, his career at Lord and Taylor spanned more than 40 years. After his time there, he retired to pursue acting. Joe Brooks, ex-CEO of Lord and Taylor, enticed him out of retirement to become Vice Chairman of Ann Taylor for a short stint in the early 90s.

Jeane Eddy
Mrs. Eddy began as a retailer at Lord and Taylor. She was the buyer for the Young New Yorker Shop and launched designer Anne Fogarty on a very successful career. She then joined Saks Fifth Avenue as buyer of the Park Avenue Room, which featured fashions by leading designers including Donald Brooks. Mrs. Eddy was later promoted to the position of Fashion Director of all Saks Fifth Avenue stores. After she left Saks Fifth Avenue, she was appointed Vice President and divisional Merchandise Manager at Bonwit Teller. She currently owns and operates her own fashion business.

Grace Mirabella
Miss Mirabella began her career in the Executive Training Program at Macy's. She then joined the Vogue Magazine merchandising department. After a short term with a couture house in Italy, she returned to Vogue where she eventually became Editor-in-Chief from 1972 to 1988. Miss Mirabella founded Mirabella magazine, and she is the author of the book "In and Out of Vogue" published by Doubleday.

Bernadine Morris
Miss Morris was the popular price dress, coat and fashion features editor at Women's Wear Daily. She later went to the New York Times reporting on food, fashion, family and furnishings, eventually specializing in fashion. She has written the book "The Fashion Makers: 25 Leading Fashion Designers", a biography on Arnold Scaasi and an article about Norman Norell for the book "American Fashion".

June Weir
Miss Weir has worked as an editor and journalist for prestigious publications such as Vogue, The New York Times, Harper's Bazaar and Mirabella. She was Editor and Vice President at Women's Wear Daily and W Magazine. Among her other pursuits, she has edited for fashion web sites and newsletters. Currently, Miss Weir coordinates fashion conferences, lectures at Parsons and NYU and is developing a book titled "On Style".
