Symposium

During the Donald Brooks exhibit, the curator hosted a symposium panel discussion at the Parsons School of Design Auditorium on 66 Fifth Avenue.

The symposium began with a slide presentation of Donald Brooks' signature looks. The images were selected by June Weir and Lenore Benson, Director of the Archive Project of the Fashion Group International. The slides (courtesy Fashion Group), spanning from 1964 to 1973, were divided into four groups:

• Prints
• Evening
• Color
